Remember the car in the ditch last night with 4 people on Addison, then all of a sudden it was one guy who fell in the ditch? Well, turns out he was running from the cops. That’s how he fell into the ditch. We’re thinkin’ it earned him a free ride ‘downtown’.

Some of you may have seen the smoke North of Minatare / East of Scottsbluff. There was reportedly a Large pasture fire nearing a structure on Finch Road, just off N. Highland Road. Scottsbluff Rural and Minatare Fire responded.

When this call came in it sounded pretty dire. With 24 mph winds and a remote location north of Minatare, they definitely had to hustle. It turns out that they DID save the structures and no one was injured, but it was well after 9pm before they could leave the scene!

The FAST response by Minatare helped not only save property and human lives, but an owl was spotted observing the action nearby. Firefighters save lives, even wild ones. Thank you to all the local firefighters who responded, the community appreciates your voluntary efforts.

Mother called in, her and her 13yo son are having a verbal dispute, he jumped out of the car and is walking along the highway and refusing to get back in. 2002 black chevy Tahoe.
