(ALLIANCE, Neb.) — On August 27, 2025 Ebram Sifuentes went missing, and on September 9 the Nebraska State Patrol asked for the public’s help in locating the missing person. Two days later, human remains were located in rural Box Butte County. Investigators are confident they have found their missing person.
On October 14, 2025, Tamara Bingham (26) of Alliance pled not guilty to the charges of First Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony and Improper Disposal of Human Remains, she appeared in Sheridan courts. She is scheduled for a status hearing on December 9, 2025. Currently all court documents pertaining to this case are sealed confidential.


Matthew Landreth (32) of Alliance appeared in Box Butte County Court on September 30, on a related charge of Accessory to a Class 1 Felony, for his alleged participation in the disappearance of Ebram. Court documents are also sealed for confidentiality. His next court date will be October 28, 2025 for a preliminary hearing.
